Comment: Im currently in the process of applying for a specific permit, and the application asks for a life scan report. Ugh!While searching for a local authorized live scan agency, I came across Safe and Secure in Torrance. When I went onto the website, I saw that they accept walk-ins. This was excellent and very convenient for me. When I arrived, I was able to find parking very quickly, right in front of the store. While entering, I was greeted right away, and I was actually helped right away. The gentleman behind the counter took my paperwork, filled it out, and I made the payment. The cost was $71 because I paid with a card; if you pay cash, I think its a couple of dollars cheaper. I wasn’t aware of that, so if you decide to go down there, I suggest you bring cash if you want to save a couple of dollars; otherwise, they take cards. I waited for about five minutes until it was my turn (a few other people were ahead of me). I went to the back, and the lady who did my fingerprints was super friendly, super gentle, and was quick. I was done in like 7 minutes. I was literally in and out, which was awesome because no one wants to be there all day.Overall, I had a really great experience and will definitely come back. I highly recommend Safe & Secure for your life scan needs. I believe they also offer other services like passport photos and notaries. Please go check them out!

There is rarely a wait because this business is so efficient. While there are some items which would allow me to use an online notary, I often opt to come here because of the top notch service. Comment: The lady was so nice and gentle. I forgot to print out the paper for the Live Scan. She just asked me to send the file to her and she was printing it our right away without extra charge. The Live Scan was pretty easy. I filled out the work paper, paid $69, did the Live Scan, and last got the receipt and the paper I needed for my job. The whole process was finished in less than 10 minutes. They only charge $20 for their service. If you see the price of other places, you will know how cheap this place charges you.

She treated everyone with the utmost respect, and she greeted everyone as they walked through the door. She helped the customers fill out forms and accommodated all of the requests. Even though there were 3 of us in line, she kept everyone abreast on how long the process would take. If I need another set of fingerprints, I would return to her. The process was seamless, and I never felt like I was just another customer. At the end, she even reminded me to get a receipt from her because she knew I would need one for reimbursement. She prefers CASH, but she will gladly accept other forms of payment.

I traveled from NJ to California and had to get Live Scan done for my California Massage License application. I didnt need an appointment and just walked in and it took less than 10 minutes. The owner Elsie was very professional and fast. In NJ IdentGo could take 3 weeks to book an appointment and rude customer service. But this place in Torrance was fast and exceptional customer service!
