Lisa was super helpful, sent me a direct link through text to schedule an appointment. She has a schedule with various time-frames to choose from. Its very organized. On the day of appointment, I received several reminders through text and email so I wouldnt forget the appointment. She was very welcoming, very friendly and professional. You can tell she knows her stuff just by having a brief conversation. She was well prepared and walked us through the documents and required signatures clearly and helped us finish the signing in a really short amount of time!
