After calling a bunch of places for the services, I was stressing out on how complicated, extensive and expensive the fees were. Luckily, when I called A to Z Documents, Alina explained everything to me and gave me a good package deal. I met her on the same day, did my fingerprinting and submitted documents to get apostilled.To OUR surprise, the FBI background check result came in my email literally minutes after we said our goodbyes - I was not even home yet when I received the results!I was so glad I went with A to Z for the services I need because Alina is so accommodating, patience and understanding. Some mobile notaries were willing to meet same-day, but only Alina seemed to be more concerned about understanding our situation than charging for every extra mile, minute, or whatever could be added. I was more than okay paying for all that, but her demeanor was what made me choose A to Z Documents.This review is less about Alina’s knowledge (which was all on point), but about how she conducts business. We’d been in the hospital for about a week at that point, and needed to get all the paperwork in order while we prepared for the worst. As such, we weren’t in the brightest of spirits, but Alina went the extra mile to make the entire process as seamless as possible. She took it upon herself to review and advise on all details that we had missed, and helped us ensure our documents were all squared away. She got back to me so quickly and was able to come to my home by noon that day to do my prints. She is so professional and kind- I was SO appreciative of how easy she made things. It’s also super hard to have someone new in your home that you’ve never met, but Alina is so gracious and she was quick, too! I would absolutely recommend using A to Z!
