Comment: As a AAA member, the services offered at this location are numerous. I was able to get TSA PRECHECK here when they had a special event.I use AAA to easily renew my car license plate stickers. They give you the stickers immediately upon payment to the DMV.The other convenience for me is the travel agents on staff. I find it daunting to navigate airline and hotel choices myself. I just dont like doing that at all. The agents on staff are experts and can quickly and easily check flights and hotels and set up an itinerary for all types of domestic and international travel.

I have been to two registration services and called 2 more with zero results. Ive been to the dmv website where it says no appointments available. I even went to to dmv office and was told they will not take walk ins?? So even though we were not AAA members they were friendly and helpful. After they told me they could help us with our registration issue. We were happy to become a member so they could complete our registration. Thank you again AAA we really appreciate your help and are happy to join your membership.

Comment: I come here for many different reasons, but to narrow things down, anything to do with personal vehicles, car titles, and car insurances, this would be the place to do it. If youre looking for something to do with an ID or commercial vehicles, this isnt the place for it - simple. Oh, but they can do passport photos here and you can order custom plates from there, too without the ridiculously long lines.Ive been a member for about 6 years now and that little extra you pay for membership is sooo worth it because you get to skip all the lines (its like insurance in case you need to pay DMV a visit). It also applies to all your vehicles, and you save time - and that time could be for more important matters.Even their phone service lines are pretty quick - barely any wait time, and very fast to respond. If you need a tow, they respond with accurate wait time. Additionally, if youre signed in to their AAA app on the phone, they can quickly locate you as well. Also, if you use the same phone you used to call them, they can look up your account pretty quickly. Just remember, this works as long as the member cardholder is present at the scene - regardless if the problem is your car or not. If you want to add another family member, that is an additional charge billed annually.The one instance when i had to call a tow was when my friends 2002 pathfinder wouldnt start - it wasnt the battery or the spark plug, it was something else. She had a mechanic friend on scene that pretty much said theyve tried everything and she had to get her car towed home. Fortunately, i had AAA, so i called them and explained the problem. This was at 3am in Long Beach. The attendant answered very quickly and appeared on scene 15 minutes later with his tow truck. So, my friend lived in the valley, there needs to be at least 1 person within a 5 mile radius of long beach to be able to respond quickly to emergencies, and had to stay local. Lucky for us, the attendant was a professional, and attempted to start the car. He opened the hood, diagnosed the problem, and found that it was something underneath the engine to come loose if he hammered it at the right spot - needless to say, she was able to get home, and we didnt need a tow.My last visit here was because i had financed a motorhome. YES, a MOTORHOME. AAA handles those cases, too. I had purchased insurance, but for some reason, the DMV failed to see the insurance and my registration got suspended. So i brought the necessary paperwork with me - proof of insurance, my registration and even the receipt from the DMV site that i had paid a reinstate fee for my registration. With all that paperwork in hand, the staff at AAA helped me figure this out, and got my registration reinstated all in one sitting. The problem was that my insurance had a 1 digit typo on my card, and therefore could not verify a match - so they had called the main DMV offices and made the correction. I can safely drive my motorhome again.AAA isnt just for towing or batteries, its a safety net for your and your friends and provides you and your companions the peace of mind you need to go about your travels.

Comment: This was my first trip to the Auto Club for their travel agent services. The experience was excellent. If you need the services of a good travel agent I highly recommend their services. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I had several different options I needed information about and she was most accommodating. I requested information on train trips, river cruises, and ocean cruises. I will be using their services again. Parking is in the large lot in front of their building and is free.

AAA has set the bar so high that others fail, never even reaching comparison! I recently visited AAA in El Monte Ca. I had a wonderful experience alas I had found a flaw. Upon bringing it to their attention in my review. The response I received from AAA was just as classy as the company themselves!! Comment: The best AAA ever! My husband and I walked in with complete grief because the line was almost out the door. We planned on being there for a long period of time. We were COMPLETELY wrong. We checked in and completed everything we needed in 15 minutes. From the time we walked in the door everyone was so sweet. My questions were answered entirely. The agent listened to my husband and I. The cashier was an angel. I will be coming to this auto club.

Comment: Good insurance company with competitive rates and exceptional service. They also offer a great drivers ed service for kids. Our son just completed it, and passed his driving test with flying colors. Don is the instructor he had, and he was simply fantastic. In a few months, my daughter will get her permit, and we will happily have Don teach her driving skills and safety.

Comment: I got my tags from AAA. You dont have to mail a thing in just have a check or cash. Its January 5th and I havent put my sticker on yet but it is in my glove box I have to try to get that done but I want to slash it put it under the screw so no one will steal it. Actually they cant if you slash it good enough.

Comment: One of the best membership to have in the wallet. Between free limited towing, battery jump start, California Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) service, travel and free maps (now is not useful anymore due to online phone maps. DMV service will save you a lot of time - they can do most of them like registrations, etc). Friendly member services. If you need to book cruises or travel packages, this is the place to go.

We came here asking for information on discount Disneyland Tickets and although they didnt have the ones we wanted that fit within our budget and schedule, our service clerk went out of her way to offer us suggestions on other accommodations and recommendations of other activities.

Comment: This is my go to AAA! Every time I go everyone is so kind and helpful. I definitely recommend going in to the office instead of calling. Great cheap insurance policies and they do DMV services for AAA members. I was able to register my vehicle and transfer my title. Not a bad wait either time I have been. I would recommend this location.

Comment: I was literally in the building for 6 minutes. I had no appointment, I walked in, told them I needed to renew my car registration, they told me to wait in a short line, called me right away and processed everything quickly. I highly recommend to renew your tags here. There is a 3% charge when paying with a cars though.
