She was fabulous in getting ky sister and I in and out, quickly and effortlessly, because she handled everything- including the phone call to the DMV.Aside from that, this AAA office seems well run. Theres bottled water in the fridge, bags on the counter and hand sanitizers were passed out. Bathrooms are clean. Parking is easy. Places to eat close by.I got a travel luggage bag for applying firvtheur credit card where I get cash back on purchases. Pretty good day at AAA.

Comment: Going to AAA is vastly superior to visiting almost any California DMV office. There are never long waits and AAA representatives dont suffer with attitudes as do so many DMV representatives.Today I visited AAA to renew my vehicle registration after attempting to pay it online using the states DMV site. The state added a $29 administrative fee to process my request. I declined. California is fiscally mismanaged and its officials may believe that the cure for their inability to spend responsibly is adding fees, charges, and increasing taxes. Just more evidence how non-government entities like AAA are able to out perform mismanaged top heavy state government departments.

Comment: Nobody likes renewing their tags, well Yvonne managed to make it an almost pleasant experience, lol😃I didnt realize I had to do the smog test again, until after I got up to her window. She let me go ahead and get all the paperwork and payment stuff done, she even suggested a place for the smog test that gives a AAA discount, whoohoo!!Once I came back with the completed smog test she let me come directly back to her window, meaning no waiting in line again, now thats a big deal. Her great mood was almost contagious, lol.😄She definitely made a most unpleasant situation, almost pleasant. Thats deserves big props in my book. Happy Holidays!!

Comment: I have been a member of AAA for 47+yrs ... Phone customer service seems to get worse every year... One day AAA said we had roadside service for a motorhome and the next day I was told I had to pay extra for it and it would take 7-days to go into effect ... I paid the required amount and said we were already on the road ... They more or less said, oh well!The service inside the Burbank office is stellar .. Employees are friendly, helpful and professional and will go beyond the normal to help their customers... During Covid, they even stationed an employee outside to warn and pace customers about masking up and social distancing at least 6 apart ..Burbank office is great ... Just dont try and do business over the phone with them bc they take on another character and are rude and obnoxious!

Theyre only accepting payments via cash or regular credit cards. I barley had enough cash available to pay for my registration renewal. I let the agent know that I was truly disappointed as a member for almost 20yrs as this should have been explained to its members. Im hoping that other members are aware of this as this new measure could be a major inconvenience for others.

Comment: I love AAA. its one of those places that is well managed and everything makes sense. However, I deducted one star because I was not able to use contactless (mobile) payment. And this isnt just in this branch. Despite having the necessary equipment for mobile payment system, I had to hand over my credit card and then sign with my finger on the card reader. Whats the point of having the equipment and not being able to use it in 2021 in the pandemic? Although, some transactions can be made contactless if you are enrolled in autopay, but why? I dont mind the transaction fees that they charge if you use a credit card, but certainly theres a room for further improvement. Thank you for reading.

A little piece of paradise we refer to as The Automobile Club of America’s (Burbank Chapter) Had Me thinking that maybe I was in Heaven for surly its counterpart ( The Department of Motor Vehicles)makes you feel like you’re in Hell.As I walked through the front door I was greeted by a lovely young female attendant who made me feel like I was the Scarecrow getting stuffed and groomed for an audience with the Wizard. Next I was escorted over to another beautiful young lady who was to be my personal salesman while walking me through this exquisite journey and help me through the various papers and process I was soon to be offered. Her name was Veronica Amzueto, and she couldn’t have been a more lovely or a more beautiful young lady, at the same time she was amazingly attentive and perceptive as to my increasingly Bidenesque declining cognitive skills. if it weren’t for the fact that I am already a happily married man she definitely would’ve be receiving a rose from me at tonight’s ceremony.My papers were quickly processed and faster than Governor Newsome can shut down a church service I was out the door with new vehicle tags and registration in hand. It’s places like the AAA that give California the little that remains of its once honorable name. 😎🥂🕺🇺🇸

Comment: This is a very big AAA office. I have a very large parking lot. Have come here for the travel agency, and renewing my membership, and taking care of D MV stuff. I love that you can check in and they route you to the right department. I have never been in here more than 15 minutes max. Because they are so busy sometimes the parking lot is a little tight. But its worth it because the services are wonderful for the price that you pay. I highly recommend everyone get AAA.

Their insurance agent was really aggressive in trying to push the more expensive policy on me and making me feel if I didnt buy that one I was making a huge mistake. I pushed back and didnt buy anything. This was their Burbank office.

Comment: I went here to change a form when I was receiving a car from my father he was transferring the registration papers and they did a great job with the whole process Im very impressed with the courteous and respectful manner and they were very quick and efficientI also recommend getting their yearly card for toes and any other problems you might encounter on the road will definitely help you fix

Comment: I highly recommend going to AAA for any DMV related help. The team at the Burbank AAA office is amazing handling any DMV requests (the AAA is allowed to process for the DMV) one tip: the DMV requires you to pay cash. Also AAA is the place to get your international drivers license.

Comment: You have to belong to AAA because if you need help with your car in Ca they are always available help you! How many friends can you call with a flat tire at 6 am? Probably none but no worries with auto club. Also you can get passport photos, maps, travel services, notary for only $8.00 renew car registration and discount tickets to theme parks. AAA is invaluable

Dont go to the DMV, save yourself time and a headache, just go to AAA, they can do most things that the DMV can do, only they do it far better and faster.

She helped me get a great deal on my multipolicy plan and really spent the time to go above and beyond to explain the ropes to my bf and I (on a Saturday after closing hours no less!!!) I also love that this location has their on DMV!!! I was able to update my registration and tags today at lunch time within about 15 minutes!!! No long lines, no hassle....and all of their employees were very kind and helpful. So glad I made the switch!

Comment: What always intrigues me about this Outlet is people go here because theyre insured by AAA. Yet the parking lot is a nightmare. Im not sure which way it is supposed to flow and I dont think anybody else does either. So how there are an accidents every single day I dont know. (Or maybe there are) However, once inside they make every effort to accommodate you as quickly as possible. Ive never met anybody that wasnt efficient and pleasant. It is so much nicer to go here than to the DMV. Easy to notice from the street on Alameda.

Comment: Went inn last Tuesday to re-license my car and get the address changed. It took me 8 minutes to do both. I was amazed!! Staff was alert & efficient and was whipping people through the front desk and into the shortest line possible. What a change from the usual attitude you get in a business. Love them!
