I was lucky enough to be helped by their manager, Les. He had me in and out in a few minutes for transferring a title and registering the vehicle. He was flexible, personable, professional, and informative.Interior:Clean, carpeted, comfy chairs. Didn’t feel anything like the DMV. They even call you by name instead of that automated number call out at the DMV. Everyone seems happy to help there.* Tip, know what forms you’ll need so you can fill them in advance at home or while waiting in queue.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Melissa, who went above and beyond just helping me with my car registration! She was efficient with getting my fiancé onto my membership and provided information on changing my address on my drivers license, placard eligibility and more! I left getting more accomplished than I had originally intended and all in record time!I didnt catch the names of the other team members that also helped (car insurance, etc.) but I greatly appreciated their thoroughness and kindness! Thank you all so much for the tremendous help! It really made my day!

Comment: So I went to AAA today to get roadside assistance so I can start renewing my tags for my vehicle through them instead of going, or sending payments to the DMV. Very friendly from the beginning and the lady that help me outside due to covert 19 ask me what I was there for. I explain to her I wanted to get roadside assistance for the simple fact I want to renew my registration and get roadside assistance so I can go through them. She asked while I was there did I want to get a free quote on vehicle insurance.. I said sure why not. Set me up with the insurance agent by the name of Vu Tran. Let me tell you this guy is a great person and very helpful. From the start I felt very comfortable. By the end of our conversation I was signing up for a new insurance plan as well as rental insurance. Not only explained everything In detail, but saved me probably about $600 to $800 a year. What a great experience and thank you so much Vu Tran for being the biggest part of it.

They offered to bring her out a chair so she wouldnt have to stand. Once her turn was up.. we went inside and finished the details. The gentleman asked if we needed help putting on the new plates!He came out with the new plates and tools to exchange the plates out for us, and installed the new ones. It was done in a matter of minutes and we were on our way.P.S. - The gal who was out front, maintaining the wait line and double checking everyone had the correct paperwork etc... Was extremely nice as well.The staff at this AAA makes it almost painlesss.. We go here for our tags and anything else DMV related.A job well done.

Comment: I had to go switch some plates for my new car. AAA followed by all of the guidelines Covid put in place, but still kept their excellent customer service. It may have even been better than before. You checked in first and they had a woman “quarter backing” to make sure you had everything you needed before waiting in line. This was extremely helpful. She brought me all of the forms I needed so I was ready when it was my turn. The other girl who helped me was really nice and fast at the transaction. They have my 5 year old some kids maps so he stayed entertained the whole time. I’m always impressed at AAA service, but this time really seemed above and beyond.

She was so nice, caring and answered all of questions so patiently. I just want to give a shout out to Sherry at this location! She is extremely thorough and handled the entire transaction so well. She made me feel really comfortable and I appreciate her taking her job seriously and handling it all with such grace - especially during these hard times. Sherry- youre the best! I’ll definitely recommend her services to my friends and Ill be back for any of my other AAA services needs!!

Comment: Terrible DMV expert would not complete my boat trailer registration because the seller didnt include his first name on the trailer registration. On the boat he used his full four word name. The signatures were clearly the same. But the DMV expert told me I would have to get the document redone by the seller before AAA or DMV would register it. That would require me to stay in town at least 1 night. It would also require the seller to drive back to Anaheim 200 mile round trip. As I asked they lady to accept the documents as-is due to the hardship it would cause both seller and myself, she had a self satisfied smile, enjoying the scenario of me not able to register my boat trailer either having to stay the night or drive back to California once I had documents. Looking at the clock I noticed DMV would close in less than 30 minutes. I raced to the DMV and was the last person let through the door. When my# was called the gentleman completed my registration in less than 5 minutes. He told me the AAA DMV didnt need the forms to sell redone.

Comment: My friend recently bought us AAA memberships so I had to take advantage of the special offers and the fact that this office is just down the street from where I live!I used to be a member of AAA so I knew about some of their benefits already but my boyfriend and I came here because we were headed to Japan and needed our International Driving Permits. For those who are interested in doing so, you will need the following:- Application (I recommend printing this out online to save you a lot of time)- 2 passport photos (you can take them here or go to Costco where they are $5 for a 4-pack)- Current Drivers license- $20 fee (cash, check, or credit card)Despite it being relatively busy, we were seen in about 10-15 minutes and the whole process took just under 5-7 minutes. We walked out with our permits and were super relieved at how painless AAA made it be!We were also quoted for car insurance during our visit but found that the agent was none too aggressive but also seemed very disinterested like he didnt think we were taking him seriously. He spoke with a lot of jargon which was mildly offensive despite actually knowing quite a bit about policies which ultimately led to us not accepting the quote. We did get a free umbrella out of it and will be revisiting the option once again but hope that we get a different agent to assist us.Overall, I will definitely come back here often for other options like travel & tourism but just be wary since the parking lot is super tiny and always packed!

Comment: I have been a long time member of AAA. Think decades. This particular office has helped me with many things including a replacement license plate sticker that someone stole, notarizing documents, destination books for various trips and lately insurance. I have been with AAA twice for insurance. Once when my house had a metal roof and it seemed that only AAA would insure it and again recently when other companies couldnt provide one stop shop for my insurance needs. With multiple cars, a teenage driver, house insurance, earthquake insurance and umbrella, they appear to be one of the few that can provide it all from a single source. The only real problem is that the parking lot is a little small. ;o)
