Comment: First, lets say the customer service is a plus. I was greeted with a smile and good conversation. I went around 1:00 pm so there was no waiting in line. I so like that I can handle some of my DMV needs at this location. There is plenty of parking, and you feel really safe at this location because of the many security guards. My car insurance quote was normal, however, the deductible was high. I left my cellphone and had to return. The insurance representative had it waiting for me. If you need travel information, then they have lots for you.

Comment: Alot of space! Nice wouldnt think its AAA! Lots of FREE parking. Get transponder here with free $8 credit if you pay $32 (hence $40 credit subtracting $32 you paid), should give a little more than that since transponders are free but still thankful for the $8. Customer service was wasnt bad wasnt great, it was decent. Would come for other needs in the future for sure!

Comment: I came into AAA for a lost registration, and come to find out it was suspended for no insurance which I called back in November 2021 to add on and the representative that I spoke with said it was added but it wasnt added. Then I called back in February 2022 and still the same thing. Fast forward to April 2022 when I need the registration its suspended so I speak with Jovonnah Hyde and she clears everything up for me with ease, Which I should of done was came inside rather than a phone conversation..... But I just want to say jovonnah went above and beyond to make sure this situation was handled in the correct manner and Im very happy with her level of customer service.

They make all the hard stuff easy: car insurance, VIN verification, car registration, drivers license renewal (unless you need to retake the driving test), smog certification, they can at least help with title problems too.They even have a great travel agency. And ski lift ticket discounts!You must be a AAA member, of course. We have maintained our membership for more than 30 years, not just for the roadside assistance but for full access to all this other stuff. I always go here first before going to the DMV, and 90% of the time, they can take care of it, whatever it is. Short lines, comfy chairs & travel magazines in the waiting area, beautiful building, friendly staff… well worth the annual membership fee.

Comment: I went to pay my brothers bill yesterday and they charge interest on monthly payments for car insurance so I was disappointed tho my brother was aware or it, he is in a Nursing home and suffering with Parkinsons and nearly can drive his car, they should be more considered of the elderly sick with this uncurable disease. Lucky for me I recalled that AAA has DMV service. In less than an hour, with no prior appointment, I had new plates issued and an updated registration. Staff was curtious all while maintaining social distancing and mask adherence. Absolutely recommend this location. The AAA staff here will no doubt take care of their members

Comment: Getting your tag here is a Wonder. Going to DMV is a horror and so coming to this beautiful place to get your tags makes all the difference in the world. Unfortunately the services at AAA gives you for roadside assistance are cheaper when you get it through your car insurance and they dont seem to understand that you no longer want their services. I am inundated by cards and mailers from AAA asking me to come back. I have a better deal with my insurance company and I have a lot more influence with my insurance company.

Comment: Im not sure which aspect is my favorite: the meticulously manicured grounds, the amazing convenience, or the wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. Its definitely a close race. If you dont benefit from their services, at least do yourself a favor and go check out the building and landscape. While youre there, you may as well poke your head inside and say hello. While inside, you should quickly check out the selection of travel books available in order to get ideas for your next road trip.

Comment: Really nice and historic looking building with a really cool looking tree outside.We needed something Notarized and so we went here. We were seen within 10 minutes and the customer service was amazing. The lady helping us was so sweet and offered me a tissue because I had the sniffles.Very neat clean and comfortable
