Such amazing people to work with while you’re in Rancho Cucamonga. The staff is efficient and on point. By the time I got checked in with a friendly fellow that worked the desk. He took my information and told me to have a seat. By the time I sat down there he called my name. Everyone super friendly but most of all I realized one thing. I definitely need some new tattoos. The guy that was working the front desk give me information about his artist. Extremely beautiful work but not only that I was very satisfied with the customer service that I had. Thanks again Rancho Cucamonga for making me love my city even more ;)

David took care of me and asked if I was out running errands and I shared with him my experience of needing tires after being stranded in Costa Mesa for 5 hours waiting for AAA roadside. David offered to help with filling out a reimbursement form after having to pay out of pocket to go outside the AAA network to have my tire changed. Thank you David for helping to turn a horrible experience into a positive one.

Comment: Save yourself some time and head over to AAA for your DMV services as far as registration and titles. They dont do anything with drivers licenses. Be sure to bring cash or credit card. Theres a weight sometimes so bring some headphones just in case. But other than that theyre pretty fast overall and they have an in-depth knowledge of everything that you need to do and how to do it. Be sure to plan out your day because theres a Target in the area so you can go to Target after AAA. Staff was kind and friendly and knowledgeable.

We found out that the DMV in this office only accepts cash, while the actual AAA services accepts both card and cash. My husband had gone next door to the Wells Fargo to pull out cash to pay for our membership and thats how we found out. Just a little bit of good to know stuff.

Of course paying cash is the way to save money they charge a 2.3% fee which goes to the DMV. The employees there were really nice and helpful and friendly I was in and out of there in 10 minutes.

Comment: It is very hard to find a good mechanic shop to take your car to. Lots of them are unfortunately dishonest. Very happy to report AAA Automotive is not one of them. They were super hellpful and told me what was the issue with my car right away. Told me how much it would cost to repair and did not try to rip me off. I will recommend them to others.

Comment: As always, AAA is worth the membership fee! Most branch offices offer fantastic customer service but this branch surprised me with their wait times. They are super efficient and speedy! Rancho staff consistently gets me in and out with practically no wait.I prefer Rancho AAA to every other branch Ive visited in the IE!

Its always nice to know youre covered if you have an emergency on the road.At this location, I just happened to be going by while taking care of other business, I just walked in, got my bearings and got in line. Comment: I feel safe with Triple AAA, but that they are different companies according to regions is outrageous, then they should not use one name different branches because they promptly take our payments no matter what Branch Southern or Northern California, but to get proof of insurance consumers had to get their proof of insurance specifically from the branch they bought the policy from; again they take payments but would not give proof of insurance.
