Jeff was thorough, informative, and easy to talk to and learn from. Although he doesnt usually provide courses for just one person, I was the only attendee in my timeslot and he focused the training on my specific situation. Valuable knowledge about rolling prints and helpful product recommendations. I imagine the in-person course would also be helpful, with the added benefit of getting to practice rolling prints. The one thing I absolutely liked about Acme is his hours of availability. With my work hours I was not able to find any other place that was open after 7pm. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment hoping it wouldn’t be a problem. Thankfully, it was not. I was greeted kindly and the process was swift.
