Comment: Extremely helpful, very patient. A place like this is a godsend especially when collaborating with someone on a publication with many figures that must be precise when printed. AIM has been quick and responsive, which is especially refreshing when compared to other print shops (Fedex, PA) in the area that are apparently moving the opposite direction.Only one complaint: their hours are rather short and inconvenient. Parking can be difficult when Kumon gets out. This shopping center has more of a community feel than others

Comment: Kanise Reyes at AIM Mail Center is my new best friend! Honestly, having someone you can call in an emergency and know that she will get your job done with creativity and aplomb is such a tremendous relief. It is so convenient to be able to send her documents for printing in advance of picking them up. Kanise recommended printing my brochure inserts on slightly heavier stock, and the made my information feel much more professional. I also really appreciate how careful a job Aim does shipping things--even antique porcelain dolls.

Comment: I have beem dropping off packages here for some time. They make sure pock up people scan in when they pick up. Staff is really great and freindly. The owner is some time a little bit harsh. I know they have alot of services there and they are easy to get to once you park. Copies are easy if you use there p.o. box service its easy also. Pasport photos also taken. They have alot of services from mailing / packing and shipping to copies to engraving. You need to ask. Now they have a great employee. A greater very freindly now walks up to you when you enter. Hard to pet he is getting better. Thank you.

Comment: If the genius ideas tend to strike you in the middle of the night and you need to print them right away, this is the place to go to. (Well, this is the place to email if we are talking about the midnight ideas :-) )The service is fast. Someone (in my case it was Kanise) checked all the details of the project to make sure I would get exactly what I wanted. Would it be easier just to print my file and say this is what you wanted? Yes. But they dont do that. This is the team of people who care about their customers and the quality of their products.Speaking about the quality - well... What gets in gets out. If you send a crappy files you should not expect the Conde Nast publication quality of print. However, if there is a way to make minor adjustment to make the printed product better, your printed product will be at its absolute best. Paul is an expert on anything printed and you can trust his opinion if he has suggestions for your file improvement.This is not your average shop that has a color printer to print your flyers (yes, they do excellent flyers). Paul finds and brings to his business new ideas and trends for printed products at a very affordable price. And if you have a crazy idea for something that he doesnt print yet, talk to him anyway and he will find a way to bring your printed project to life.

I also like to use them for notary services, online shopping returns, color copies and packaging supplies. They have a good selection of greeting cards and even took our passport photos, so many useful services. Great part of the community too, big supporter of local schools, highly recommend!

Comment: I needed a lot of work done fast for my anniversary party. The staff went out of their way to help me. They made a great DVD with music and pictures that I gave them. They also made place cards and name tags as well as some signs. Everything turned out perfectly. They were totally engaged and friendly. No request was too much.

Comment: I recently used AIM to have some business cards made. The staff was very friendly and helped me “tweak” the cards so that they would look exactly how I wanted. While I was there I took advantage of some of the other services they provide, I mailed a package and had passport photos done for my son. Everything was easy and quick!
