Comment: I can’t say enough good things about this place they really delivered for me during Covid when I wasn’t able to have access to my printer or get a cartridge Liam and Kiara are absolutely outstanding. In fact, I use this as my personal office now because I never even bother getting another printer. I just sent it all here and pick it up and it’s always ready for me. They also have lots of packing supplies and you can use them as the post office and they also sell chargers for your phone

Comment: This center has ALWAYS been top notch! Every employee! Recently I had a shipping nightmare that was no fault of theirs but I needed major help. Jessica went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me with the matter! I was so taken by her kindness and expert level of customer service that I had to share. She handled everything so quickly, efficiently and with tremendous care. I cannot say enough good things about her, this business and my experience. Their employees are trustworthy and dedicated and that is not the norm these days. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Comment: The folks at AIM have been so good to us over the years! For several years our business had a post office box there and the staff always graciously handled our large volume of seasonal mail, and even contacted us around special needs. After I moved and discontinued our box, I got a call from Kiyara saying that a bunch of mail had come in. We had forgotten to change our address on the website, and that call saved us so much time and effort. Thanks, AIM!

Comment: I use the AIM Mail Center at least once a week, mostly for mailing and shipping, but theyve copied and printed items for me as well. Kiyara, Jessica and Trevor are, without fail, friendly, cheerful and helpful. They can answer any question and can often anticipate what I need to ask. I think the place is wonderful.

Comment: I LOVE Aim Mail Center. For many years now, I have been bringing my packagesthat need shipping to AimMail. These are packages with artwork that need to be returned to artists from all over the world. The staff is always extremely kind and patient but also very knowledgeable and efficient. Nowhere do I get a better service. They are the BEST and I highly recommend this place.

Comment: The Sebastopol Aim Center is staffed with knowledgeable, helpful employees, especially Jessica and Kiyana. The store manager, Travis, is always ready to be of service. I use the Aim Center regularly for printing and UPS service, as well as returns for online purchases. Love this place!

They offer a variety of shipping options, including international services. The employees provide you with different pricing and time options and will even help you determine if that $10 extra is the best option to have your package arrive on time! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They will pack and ship just about anything and you can feel confident and comfortable knowing your items will arrive safe and sound. Need a last minute notary, theyre here to help! Faxing, copies, even last minute gift ideas, AIM has it all! Sure, you could go to the post office, wait in a long line for a book of stamps at cost, but why would you do that when you can come here and get the same selection AND a friendly and welcoming atmosphere!? AIM Mail Center is hands down the best place for your shipping and office needs. Youre truly missing out if you havent given them a visit. I even drive from SR to do my shipping here.Thanks AIM Mail Center, you all are amazing 👍

Comment: This place makes you feel like the most important customer every time. Attention to detail, looks for the best deal, treats your package like it is going to their family! Always friendly, helpful and I never feel rushed. I wouldnt go anywhere else to ship and I ship weekly to my students in college. Love this place!!

Comment: Always a friendly greeting here. they check three different shipping services (including the Post Office) to see which is least expensive and explain the options. When I lost my tracking number, I called them and they looked it up and gave it to me. So much better than A & M Center which is closer to me. Never feel welcomed there and it always seems like they find reasons to charge me more money. I highly recommend AIM Mail center.

First off their customer service is exemplary, Especially Travis and Keira, these folks are highly trained and are very helpful and knowledgeable about mailing, copying, or notorizing anything. Comment: Without an appointment, I was greeted immediately, got my document notarized, made a couple copies, and sent a Priority Mail package in about 20 minutes. Travis was super friendly, and clearly knows what hes doing. I wont hesitate to go back for my office, printing and shipping needs.

Not only is it a more friendly place to mail packages and make photocopies than the post office, but they have a great printing service there too! No need to buy ink cartridges anymore... Its more economical for me to get all my printing done at AIM! Thank you!

Ive never once experienced a problem with a package reaching a recipient and they have helped me solve a number of my shipping questions and problems over the years.They are very convenient for me and my office and their prices are good. Their staff are very nice too.
