Comment: I had a document that needed to be notarized and the POA had to sign it instead of the seller so Mounir scratch out the name and initialed it. However, the courthouse would not accept it that way. Luckily, Mounir fixed the document within 20 mins and they accepted it.Mounir, was fast, very affordable and a great person to work with. Will definitely use him again if I ever need another document notarized.TIP: Always leave the name section blank or have a blank copy just in case someone else has to sign it.
