Comment: Anytime you deal with the public, there will understandably be disgruntled customers. But my experience has been nothing but positive so far. I have not had lost packages; in fact they arrived to Canada faster than I expected. I did have to fill out a TO/FROM customs slip by hand (just as you do at the regular USPS office). So not every step is computerized, but I get service with a smile, convenient hours, open till 7. And they do not shut the door in your face if you come a few minutes before closing as I have experienced in post offices where employees guard the doors like security detail. Each time I need a notary signature, I come here. They are professional about checking that everything is done correctly. Why pay $15 or more somewhere else, when you can get them done for $5.Some small postal outlets charge huge marks up for the convenience of not going to a large post office with limited hours. Not here. They have been perfectly polite and pleasant each time I have come, so if people encountered otherwise, perhaps it was on a bad day. I far prefer coming here to the pain of long lines and grouchy people at the man USPS branches I endured in the past. And talk about professionalism- or lack thereof- I never know what postal carriers delivers my mail these days. Half the time it addressed to someone else and the carrier coming has shirt hanging out, no official uniform, and looks like he was randomly called in and handed a mail bag. One wonders why there is a chronic shortage of carriers and why the post office operates on such a deficit. I much prefer coming to this local postal center for my mailing needs.

People come here from near and from as far as San Francisco and theres very good reason. They are polite, friendly, efficient and very willing to help. Theres of course a huge demand for the notarization service but go early when they open and you will not wait very long. Just remember to take cash along. This place also has all shipping (USPS), printing, passport photo services.

Comment: Very nice, polite and professional people. Went here for notary and scanning, dealt with two people and both were courteous and happy to assist. While I was waiting my turn, the post man (an elderly person) from USPS dropped in to pick up/deliver stuff, he too was greeted well (just showed that people were treated well no matter if you are a customer or just there for your usual job like the postman). I am not big on giving reviews, but this place for sure deserves it.

Comment: I would make the longer trip to go to this post over going to the downtown Sunnyvale or Mountain View locations as this location seems to be more efficiently run with friendlier staff. I didnt even realize this was a contracted location. Seems the only service they dont offer compared to a government run post office is providing passports. Ive shipped packages domestic and internationally from this location with no issues. Highly recommended.

I went in around 1:15pm hoping I would miss the lunch rush.I walked in and grabbed a bubble envelope to begin packaging it. I then went to the counter (wait time was about 2 minutes max) and the woman told me it would cost $20 to ship it in the bubble envelope but only $12 to ship in the Priority Box. She then helped me repackage it in the appropriate box and completed the check out process very quickly. This was a hugely pleasant surprise.Total time: about 5 minutes

Comment: I have been to this place many a time in last3 years as it the most convenient place. i highely recommand to all of u. i really appreciated the help these folks gave me. They told me about all the documents and photocopies I needed to get work done at the Indian Consulate - the website of which is a jungle of unclear information. Went in to get closing documents notarized and witnessed. Everything went quickly and smoothly. Mentioned the web special and got each signature for $4 notariztion.I got my bro nd dad indian passport renewal stuff notarized here. they are very helpfull.Pretty convenient place for notary with a fair price. Theyll provide you all the info info & help required. Excellent customer service.They are very helpful with the paperwork and with explaining what a procedure requires and how much it may cost.Just for for your information they have even waited for me once when I made a call in advance and requested if they can wait 5 min after closing time.Thanks guys to save me many times :)
