Comment: Anya provided instructions beforehand which resulted in time saved at the actual signing. She was on time and prior to leaving reviewed the documents. Some discrepancies were caught and corrected at that time. Had these errors not been caught I am sure there would have been a delay in funding. She was able to answer all my questions regarding what the next step would be since this was a two part signing. She would be highly recommended for any future service.
