He was informative on what the forms mean, and I was SO THANKFUL for his patience, understanding and kindness. Brent answered and after I explained the scenario requiring mobile notary and gave a zip code, he immediately gave me 3 days of availability. I was thrilled to be able to text him back with the address and an appointment confirmation - same day (3 hours later). Brent was punctual, professional, personable, and even sufficiently bilingual to engage with my parents in Spanish as well as English. I requested that he come to a restaurant in midtown at 7:30 on a Sunday evening to swear me in to the state bar, at a dinner where all my friends could be present. Not only could he do that very odd time, but he showed up promptly, provided everything, and even posed for photos with us when requested. Definitely recommend, it was excellent, professional service, and he was very responsive before and after.
