Comment: My sister and I traveled down to get advanced medical care directives and general power of attorneys for our elderly parents. We didnt know a notary in the area and found Brooke on line and her company was easy to schedule. Brooke was great to work with, super friendly and explained the process to my parents and us clearly. She assisted us in filling out the state forms correctly, and made my parents feel very comfortable with the process. She even brought forms with her in case we didnt have the correct ones and we did happen to be missing a few pages of the acknowledgment portion for the notary which she provided. Again, Brooke was super friendly, helpful and was like a part of the family by the time we were finished. We will definitely use her again in the future when we get to the will and/or living trust. Comment: I am going to give Brooke a 5 star because she booked me an appointment on a fly! He customer service was excellent. She was a wonderful notary personnel. I was at the FedEx in Redlands for a notary. Then FedEx employee told me they don’t have a notary personnel in the house. I was a little frustrated because I took my two elderly parents to sign the notary. They are elderly and slow. So I used my phone to search for a notary personnel online, and found Brooke. I called her number for an appointment, and she gave me same day appointment. Not only same day appointment, but it was in the next 20min. So we came home to meet her at the house. It was that quick of an appointment. Brooke was very friendly and accommodating to my elderly parents who were slow. So I was very thankful that Brooke was able to be at ease about my parents language barrier and at ease about it. So thank you so much Brooke for your understanding and thoughtfulness.

Comment: My Husband and I needed a loan modification for our home mortgage signed in front of a notary and our documents needed to be signed and returned within 15 days. We have received notary service for various reasons from a particular mobile notary in the past years. After several attempts of calling and leaving messages, we did not hear back from our usual mobile notary until 3 days later. When youre dealing with time sensitive documents, 3 days is a bit too late to be returning your clients back in my opinion.We decided to shop around for another mobile notary that serviced the City of Yucaipa, CA and we are happy to have found Mrs. Brooke Blake. We called, Brookes Mom, Mrs. April Blake answered, the appointment was scheduled and it was that simple.Our documents required a lot of signatures between my Husband and I, so we were provided with a reasonable flat rate, instead of a per signature rate. This was truly helpful and a blessing in our case.Brookes communication skills are impeccable from start to finish, she texted us her ETA (estimated time of arrival) and arrived promptly for our scheduled meeting at our home. She was precise, knowledgeable, experienced with the type of documentation that needed signing, she triple checked her work and she did all of this in a timely manner. Brooke came prepared with her notary stamp, clipboard, two black inked pens for us to sign with, her notary stamp and thumb print with a signature log book.As we were saying our thank you and goodbyes, we asked Brooke for her business card to put up on our fridge. You guessed it right, we will be using Brooke Blakes Mobile Notary for all of our future notary signings.
