The gentleman that helped me was more than hospitable, offering me a cup of coffee which I gladly accepted and took the time to help me organize my documents, wait for me to tediously fill them out and then faxed them for me free of charge! I would say this is one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time and I wish there were more in places and people like this. He has a nice office and offered water, tea, coffee or anything else I might want when I walked in the door. The entire process was super easy and not stressful at all. I even got a gift and special hand sanitizer as I was leaving. He also a mobile notary and Ive used a lot of them for my insurance business and will definitely hit him up for that.
