Comment: I’m so impressed by Mr. Venkat’s customer service from start to finish. I needed to get some fingerprints and get cleared by the DOJ for employment purposes. I did fingerprints at a different business and paid around $75-$85. I did a google search for cheap fingerprints and Yelp came up with a list of businesses. I emailed each business for pricing and hours of operation. Mr. Venkat responded quickly and gave me approximate pricing and hours of operation. I made a appointment and he emailed me a confirmation of my appointment along with the phone number. I had to rearrange my appointment and I called him about it. He reassured me that I could come by and he will get me taken care of. I came by and was greeted with a smile and great professionalism. He had his big screen computer facing me the whole time so I could observe the work and take pictures of screens as needed. He was very patient and informative about placement of my fingers. When we finished he showed me the official website to see if my fingerprints were entered and processed by the DOJ. He went above and beyond and I appreciate it. Whenever I need fingerprints I will go back here. His prices are very affordable and I appreciate the fantastic service.
