Comment: My husband and I had the pleasure of signing before Cari today. She is incredibly knowledgeable about every document she is presenting for you to sign. She explained things better than the lender, title company and our realtor! She actually explained what the Supplemental Property Tax bill was; I have been a homeowner for 29 years and never knew that because I didn’t pay that bill upon receipt is why my impound account was always short and my mortgage payment went up. Cari was on time, thorough and so sweet! If you’re looking for a notary public that does the job right the first time, give Cari a call! She also gave us great mortgage pay-off tips and when I realized I forgot to have our new deed put into the name of our trust, she had a great recommendation to ask the title company. My best to you, I think you’ll be happy if you give Cari Southard a call!
