Comment: Candace was wildly knowledgeable on global customs as I was planning to ship baggage to Japan. The counter service here is also friendly and nicely service oriented. Good variety of boxes for purchase, greeting cards, and shipping supplies. PO Box service here too. I will definitely do business with these experts again!! You can rely on them.

The associate who took care of me was super helpful and I was out of there in just a few minutes. The place is really clean as well. Comment: It’s the best place in Carmichael to send your packages. The post boxes are more expensive than USPS, but they will take pretty much any delivery service and hold your stuff for you until you can pick it up. Worth every penny! Stop complaining about porch pirates on Next Door and get a private box.

Comment: They boxed and shipped a cherished childs rocking chair to my granddaughter in Washington. I got it when I was 3 (Im 72 now) so it meant a lot to pass it along. They went above and beyond, helping me carry the boxes and even helping me go through the contents to sort things out trying to keep my cost down.Great service, great people!

Comment: Ive been using the Carmichael Box Shop to drop off my packages for FedEx over the course of ten years.I was very pleased when Candace, the new owner, took over the business, eight or so years ago.The old owner was very unkind and many, many horror stories emanated from her poor customer service and lack of people skills.Candace and her staff (TJ, Jan, Kenai, Tanya) are AWESOME!Everyone there is professional, helpful, friendly, down to earth and its no wonder that the business is growing/thriving each year and there is virtually no turnover rate among the employees.5 star all the way!
