Comment: My client and I needed a last minute rushed mobile notary service in Palo Alto area. After a quick search on google, I contacted Cathy and she was able to squeeze our signing in that day.Not only did she help last minute, but she was professional, super organized, made sure I sent her all correct documents as she was familiar with the legal docs our bank needed, printed all forms, scanned and emailed back, as well as sent via FedEx overnight back to title company.Made my life so much easier for what I thought would be a huge issue.I can’t imagine a better mobile notary service. Comment: I called Cathy on the weekend regarding a relatively complicated notarization involving 3 witnesses. She took the time to explain in detail what would be involved in the process, and what would be required to complete the notarization successfully. Comment: Cathy is not only very knowledgeable, highly professional, and a pleasure to do business with, she is also extremely detail-oriented. She even found and helped me remedy an error in one of the documents that I needed to get notarized. (The document was not prepared by me, but I had looked it over beforehand and not noticed the minor, but important typo.) Youd be a fool to hire any other mobile notary but her.

Comment: Ive gotten to know Cathy Wong over the years and have had the opportunity to recommend her to my clients, lender partners, and title colleagues. She is one of the most professional people I know. Not only is she extremely intelligent, Cathys ability to relate to clients quickly is superb. Shes put in situations every day in which the client has never met her and shes helping them notarize extremely important, time-sensitive documents for trusts, corporate business, and real estate transactions. She has to be able to instill trust and demonstrate her knowledge very quickly in these situations. As one example, I referred her to my buyer clients who now live in Los Gatos. He is a doctor, so she had to meet my clients at late hours to get their loan documents signed and notarized plus delivered back to the Escrow Officer the next morning. Bottom line--our transaction closed on time and without any problems (which can easily occur if the documents are not completed properly). My clients said she was just outstanding and very professional in explaining each document to them. Without hesitation, and from someone who has recommended Cathy multiple time, I highly recommend Champion Mobile Notary!
