It was a Belarusian form and no one knew exactly how to do it. I was at a loss. By sheer luck a person randomly recommended Ludmilla and I took my chance! And she exceeded all of my expectations! Comment: I am very grateful to Ludmila Fomina for preparing notarized documents regarding my inheritance in Russia. It was needed urgently, and I planned to go to the Russian Consulate in Washington, DC, or even considered traveling to Moscow. Luckily, I found Ludmila Fomina and asked her for help. Ludmila was very efficient. I sent her all required information, and when I visited her office, all the necessary documents were ready for review and signing. Ludmila also helped me to obtain apostiles for the notarized documents expediently.I sent the documents to a public notary who handled the case in Moscow, and she found them impeccable.
