I got a call from the service confirming the details and went to the signing. They also offered another signing to me the next day and I accepted that as well. First one was the buyer the second was the seller. Then, I hit the trifecta. I never hit the trifecta! First, they wrote me an amazing review. One of the best compliments I have ever received hands down. Next, they doubled the fee on the first signing as a bonus. Finally, they paid both closings within 24 hours.
