Comment: Trying to get a Mexican boat importation permit was very difficult and initially was rejected with hours left before deadline, I called Kim and she knew exactly what forms to use to provide the declaration. She came to my boat and after notarizing my documents she converted them into a PDF for me so I could submit the documents without any extra work or delay and I got my permit. Kim is awesome !!!

Comment: I needed a notary to be present for a divorce hearing. Comment: I contacted Kimberlee and Excellence Mobile Notary for an issue that I had to resolve immediately. I hedged myself with my counterparty, telling them before I even contacted Kimberlee that I would have the document notarized that day. When I contacted Kimberlee and her firm, she was polite, aware of her schedule and immediately fit me into her routine for the day. She showed up on time, dressed professionally and with a smile on her face. I was dealing with an out-of-state issue and she clearly knew all the details as it related to California law. She was also confident in her capabilities and what her scope is as a Notary Public.I will without question call Kimberlee and Excellence Mobile Notary whenever I need someone to come to my store to notarize documents.
