Comment: We needed a notary same day in the late afternoon. I called their office and asked for a same day appt for 4:30pm, it was about 1pm I think. They said they could do it. The gentleman I spoke to was very professional, friendly and helpful. He asked all the questions, and confirmed our appointment. Ceecee came out to notarize for us. The whole process was very easy and professional. I feel the cost was appropriate and appreciate the option of mobile notary that they provide. I have them noted as the notary to use in the future for my job here in SF and as a referral to anyone who needs a mobile notary.

Comment: In business, its essential to work with people who share your caliber of committment to customer service. I had a client with a really tight last minute timeline. Kyle fit them in the same day, (my clients were late to the appointment) he waited while they made a few calls, he notarized all their documents, (they said there would be one) and processed their California apostilles and Chinese Embassy Legalizations. This set all his scheduled appts for the rest of the day back by at least an hour. Kyle was able to deploy his teammates so his other clients received the same high level of on time service they deserved. He did all this with a smile and kind words. When I refer a client to Kyle, I know he will take care of them no matter what the circumstances are.Kyle and his team have provided me outstanding service and collaboration over the years weve worked together.
