Comment: I met Alex and his lovely wife when they took over the location on Wilcox back in 94 or 95. I was an 18 yr old wanting to feel grown up having my credit card statements and other mail send to my own address! There are not enough kind words that I can say about the wonderful owner and manager Alex. He exudes absolute kindness and decency! Trustworthy, honest and fair in every sense of the word. That’s just who Alex is! His son has been working alongside him for many many years now and he is just as honest, kind and trustworthy as his father. I cannot imagine any other place handling my important mail. I only trust them! Thank you Alex for always making sure I receive all my mail. As far as pricing goes, unlike other businesses hiking up their prices at alarming rates Alex is and has always been fair and reasonable in his pricing! You will not be or feel cheated and ripped off by them. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING ALEX! You truly are the BEST AND I WISH YOU CONTINUED SUCCESS!

Comment: I got a mailbox here a few months ago and its been the best decision I made in regards to a mailbox service. They are great and the prices are better then any of the local mailbox services in the area. I order from amazon all the time and no longer need to worry about receiving my packages. I wish they had 24 hour access but it doesnt matter, I love the place. The service is outstanding and I would recommend to anyone that wants to a have a street address mailbox in Hollywood!!!

Comment: Everytime I come here I am so pleased with the kindness and generosity I recieve. I have been given FREE used boxes and FREE printouts even though I insist on paying at least something. Now I am not saying this in my review so people think they can go there and ask for free services but so that you may have a better idea of the kind of people that run this place. Gary is a standup guy that has helped me more times than I can count. I will never stop coming to the Hollywood Mail Store and will reccomend them to anyone who wants some help shipping stuff, needs to buy boxes or wants a P.O box.P.S The Hollywood Mail Store does not provide public printing services.

Passport photos, U-Haul Service, a place to pick up your mail or ship stuff out from etc. Great service and a wonderful staff that is very friendly and always helpful. Comment: Passport Photos: If you need a photo for a passport or a renewal passport as in my case...go here to have it taken! It was quick and I really liked the photo and the guy is super nice. Yesterday I had a passport photo taken at Walgreens on Sunset & Vine and it was the worst photo ever taken of me in my life. With that photo I wouldnt have been going on any trips. I would have been too depressed.
