Because of the Pandemic, we were told by the CR office that we would have to mail it in and it could take up to 6-8 weeks to get it recorded and returned to us. We sought out David. David was incredibly knowledgeable and effective in getting everything done. I first used his service a few years ago when I needed apostilled documents and diplomas for a teaching job in Korea. His service at Hollywood notary is excellent. Everything is handled in a highly competent and professional manner.If you need documents notarized, authenticated, legalized, or apostilled for work overseas, this is definitely the place to do it.Recently, I used this service for a diploma that I had to have notarized and legalized for work as a teacher in China. I needed an oversea Power of Attorney (for Hong Kong) notarized and authenticated by the Chinese Consulate quickly.
