Comment: I need to prepare several legal documents for use in China. The documents require notarization as well as authentication by the State Government. I googled for a notary public that can read Chinese and came across Joe Huang who has excellent reviews. I called Joe and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. In the following days, we communicated many times and he helped review the document formats to ensure the State Department has no problem issuing apostilles. Thanks to Joe, my documents were processed smoothly. At the Sacramento Secretary of State office, I witnessed a couple turned away by officers because they did not have correct notarization. Joe certainly saved me time and hassle!
