Comment: For our immigration paperwork our attorney was completing for us in Spain, we needed a notary and then apostille certification for it here in the US. I found Ms. Weiss online and learned she was able to notarize a power of attorney, certified copies of our passports and our marriage certificate. She also was able to send out the same documents and get apostille for them in California. Our marriage certificate was out-of-state (since we got married outside of CA), but she was able to send it out to the right office as well.Even though she told us the apostille could take a few weeks, she was able to get all the apostille documents back and within our hands within one week!She was very knowledgeable about the process and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend her notary and apostille services to anyone that needs them, especially to support immigration/visa process for other countries.

The transaction required dealing with a law office whose personnel were rude and poor communicators. Kristen maintained calm during duress and was always professional and politein the face of unprofessional behavior. I also so appreciated Kristen’s thoroughness and attention to detail. The extensive paperwork from the law office had multiple mistakes and Kristen caught all of them. When the time came for an attorney’s final review of the signed and notarized documents they were perfect. Additionally, Kristen has a mobile office in her car including a fast scanner to scan documents back for required review. Kristen uses modern electronic notary methods for efficiency which shortened the signing process and made it less complicated for me. Her communication was always timely and friendly, even at odd hours of the day. All around Kristen made a difficult situation much easier for me. She was always a pleasure to work with. I felt like we were a team. I will definitely hire Kristen again when I need notary services. I highly recommend you choose Kristen Weiss for your notary needs.

Comment: As a Realtor, I like to build a team around me that will care for and service my clients with White Glove treatment. Notary Professionals are a critical part of my business! Kristen went above and beyond this week to ensure a smooth closing for our VA Loan Transaction. Kristen was in constant contact with the escrow team to ensure that she could receive, print, and sign the loan package. This was the end of the month and Notary Professionals are always in high demand. When our documents were late, she could have cancelled the appointment and moved on, but she stayed committed to us and our 1st time buyer, even when documents were not released until after 5pm on Friday! Her incredible attention to detail showed when she was not asked too, but scanned back the entire loan package to escrow prior to dropping into the over night to ensure no delays for funding Monday!
