Comment: Mark does in fact teach practices on not just being a loan signing agent but his material truly explain on how to be the best loan signing agent possible. He does not just share the canned details on the loan signing process but gives valuable suggestions how what specifically the industry needs from a desirable loan signing agent. Out of transparency, there are moments when this information is delivered a little rough but outside of that roughness is Marks genuine desire to help us think for ourselves based on a set of principles that will guide us through the process, no matter what state we are in. He challenges us to become independent thinkers because in the midst of a loan signing, instinct is all you have (outside of cheat sheets and notes but those can feel a little less easy to fumble around for when you are trying to stay calm.) I decided to take the NNA Loan Signing training/exam before taking the LSS training/exam because I realized at some point there were a lot of intricate details and honestly despite the total cost, it was well worth it. I feel like I received basic, practical, formatted instruction from the NNA then with Marks program, I feel prepared to be more than just a signing agent, but a signing agent that will be valuable to this important decision in a home buyer/sellers life. I cant thank Mark enough for setting me up for success. The investment was WELL worth it.

He gives you so much information on how to be a good signing agent, from giving you different examples of the loan documents you’ll see, providing actual scripts on what to tell a borrower. Understanding that you provide a valuable service both to the borrower and contracting party is a key to your success. You are the person who is sitting face-to-face with the borrower and the signing company, escrow, title and/or loan officer are relying on you. I went through each module as it was designed, watched the videos and printed our materials for reference. I recommend that you take your time and not rush, to actually learn the training material and become good at your craft. Invest in yourself to be the best that you can be. If you do not understand something repeat that module. At first I was hesitant with the pricing of the program, but once I delved in it was well worth the money.
