I had multiple questions on how certain tasks were to be completed for Apostille Documents, most specifically: Birth, Death, Marriage & US Passports documents & he guided me with the correct way here in CA Secretary of State office. Although I had a understanding of how Apostille documents are handled, you need to know the specific way & procedures on how CA SOS accepts them. After some quick messages between a few of the various notaries, I decided to go with Rufus (Long Beach Notary Dude) to get a document notarized yesterday afternoon. I messaged him through his website and got a response almost immediately. He was able to meet me later the same day and notarize my document for me. Very friendly and reasonably priced!

We scheduled a few days into the future when my in-laws needed will & trust documents signed. But when my mother-in-law began having more difficulties that same day, he rescheduled to expedite the process and traveled to us later that afternoon.The trust in question had more than dozen signatures, and the Notary Dude kept the hundreds of pages organized and wrangled the many people in involved. He knew exactly how to handle every detail and made sure both my in-laws had the accommodations they needed to sign (including that my father-in-law could only sign by mark).The Notary Dude brings such a wonderful, comforting presence to a home, and hell make sure that you and your family feel taken care of, even in the most difficult of situations. If you need a mobile notary, you cant find a finer option.
