Comment: I am impressed with Mayra’s ability to help my 82 year old father. You see, I made the mistake of goin to an alternative to a real Atty to get his living trust (mostly do it yourself) to save money. And the whole reason for this trust was save his home from being taken in the event of him passing without a will. I retained the Living Trust and had Mayra come out notarize it and she brought it to my attention the the trust was not complete because the house documents were not in it!!! Without her attention to detail I wouldn’t have noticed and I would have paid all that money, not to mention time and effort on my part puttin the trust together. Imagine my frustration. But Mayra came through again, not only came back out to notarize the documents for me but offered to get them made official through the registrar recorders office (which is still closed due to Covid) in a timely manner. I recommend her highly.

Comment: I cannot recommend Mayra enough. She is extremely knowledgeable. Before signing our home modification paperwork she asked me to check the loan documents to make sure our names were spelled correctly and appeared as they did on our Identification Card. Sure enough my husbands name was misspelled. She said she could still notarize the documents but would need 2 credible witnesses.However, she stated the lender might not accept it,and she recommended I contact the lender before any papers were signed. I called my lender and explained what Mayra had stated. They said great catch by the notary, it would have definitely caused problems. The lender sent out new corrected documents and Mayra was able to notarize them the same afternoon. Her pricing is fair especially because she is thorough and knowledgeable in her job. Hiring her saved me money, without her I would have had to pay twice!

Comment: I was referred to Mayra by Lisa Medoza (who is another awesome notary in the area) because I needed to have my I-9 verification form notarized before my start date at a new job. Due to the recent changes in California law (in August 2015), when you get your I-9 verification form notarized, a notary AND an immigration consultant must be present at signing.This means local banks, mail box stores, etc. will not notarize your documents simply because of this new law requiring an immigration consultant. But when I called Mayra, she was very helpful and told me she can get it done. And she did! I drove to Downey in 30 minutes and was out of there within 20. So if you need something similar, Mayra is the notary for you!The rate was cheap and I felt like everything was handled by a true professional. This was my first time doing business with a notary but I now know who to call if I need something done! Thank you, Mayra!

Comment: I needed to have some temporary custody forms notarized in an emergency and the place I was supposed to go to was in Norwalk. Not only did they seem unfamiliar with the document I needed to notarize, but they were closing at 7 PM and there was no way I was going to make it. I jumped on my phone and googled notary services near me and found most to be closed and other mobile notaries. Before I called Mayra, I called one other and she was unable to because she stated she was booked for the day and for me to call Fedex office. I called Mayra and although she was getting ready to attend an appointment all the way in Glendale, she was able to meet me, get my document notarized, and be on her way to her next appointment in a matter of 15-20 minutes. I was in Bell Gardens and she was in Downey and she made it happen!! I will definitely use her again and recommend her to anyone needing notary services. She was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable in the services provided, and definitely prompt!! :-) Thanks Mayra! Your definitely a life saver.

Comment: I had an app with Mayra today and she was so professional. She was a major convince because most notary are closed by the time i come out from work. I had to send a transfer of ownership docs to my dad in another state Asap so the fact that I could get this notarized on short notice with her saved me. Amazing customer service skills.
