Miguel was a person of credibility in his profession, he showed up on time and ready to help in anyway he could, my mother was in the emergency room with complications of the heart, we needed a medical directive! You have to understand how important these decisions and documents are in critical situations! Well, Miguel was very patient and attentive and understood the importance of his own time!but never made us feel bad, or was impolite about us taking a little bit of his time to get the documents finalized. My mom was able to sign, in between her health complications and we got it done! Im so thankful we still have people who express empathy towards others, who are passionate about their job and life!
