Comment: This was our first experience with a mobile notary however I really feel like Icesis went above and beyond. We are in the middle of a move from California to Maryland and the movers were literally at our house. In the midst of it, our lender and settlement company weren’t giving us a lot of lead time or notice on getting our closing documents. Icesis was so flexible. She printed out all of the documents and even showed up early to our short-notice appointment which helped our whole schedule for the day. When I asked her for blue pens because our stuff was already packed, she already came prepared and let us keep the pens! She explained every form before we signed it and reviewed the whole package before she left. When the settlement company got the scan (which Icesis did for us too!) there were zero errors and we were able to close on time. She even dropped the package at UPS overnight so that the docs will get to the settlement company the next day and sent us a picture of the receipt. Payment was easy and on par with other notary services we looked at. She was the best part of our move and I would recommend her to anyone looking for mobile notary services.
