Comment: First off, the TLDR version, Nadine is great to work with, super quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable and resourceful! I highly recommend her for any of the services she offers and particularly if you need help with something that isn’t a cookie cutter item.Now for the long winded tale of my personal experience for those who might be in an odd, one-off type situation like me. In my particular case, I was in need of having my divorce certificate notarized in order to update my marital status with the INM in Mexico for the purposes of updating my temporary residency (or so I thought) and I only had a few days in San Diego to get this done. I found Nadine through a google search and within a minute of texting her I had a response and we started making progress. She was immediately able to hop on the phone with me and we (I mean Nadine) sorted out that I actually needed to get my documents apostilled (not notarized) and she walked me through all the details on my options for that process. On top of this, she had doubts about whether I had gotten a hold of the correct documents to have apostilled and while waiting for me to get the documents and send pictures to her, she went out of her way to call around and confirm that I did in fact have the wrong documents. She even went as far as to provide me the contact details for the folks in Sac County that i needed to call, knowing very well by that point in time that I was no longer in need of the notary services I had originally requested and yet she still continued to help me out. Without a doubt one of my favorite first-time customer experiences and a good dose of restoring my faith in humanity. Thank you so much Nadine!
