Comment: Kim helped with a simple phone call, and since my issue was so simple she actually recommended another location to quickly get it done! Gotta appreciate the helpful advice, and for her to recognize my situation didn’t require a notary appointment that would have been additional cost to me.

Comment: Kim was so professional! She showed up in time, knew exactly what to do and everything was smooth and efficient. I will definitely use her again!I called other places and Kim was the first to respond and was readily available.We also has a lovely conversation while signing documents. She is lots of fun!The convenience fee was so worth it, as she came to my mother’s assisted living facility and that made the process much easier.Thank you!

Comment: Kim was very pleasant on the phone since I have no idea of what we needed to be notarized. She came that day to see it in person which works out with us since I couldn’t leave my store. She was very knowledgeable of what she does and very straightforward. The next day we scheduled for her to come in for my husband and I have to be present for the notary, it was a fast, smooth, and easy transaction. Very impressed will definitely use her service again in the future. Highly recommended!!!

Comment: I needed to have Loan Modification papers Notarized and Kim was assigned. She quickly put me at ease, and was very friendly, professional and kind. When she learned I just passed my Notary examine she was kind enough to offer my advice and tips on getting started. The whole experience was great. The best Notarial experience I have ever had. Comment: I rarely write a review for anyone because never had to. But I must in this case. Kims had excellent customer service and professionalism - one I have not experienced in a long time. She was prompt, reliable, and efficient on services she provided. Had the most up date information on Notary. Fast and very accurate. Very knowledgeable on all the documents I had to get notarized, her fees were affordable. Very personable ...I highly recommend her for any type of notarization. Thank you Kim for all you do.
