I live a couple hours away but I was able to send them the documents electronically and they scanned and emailed the signed/notarized copies back to me and dropped the originals in the mail that same day. She was very friendly over the phone and very informative with the questions that I needed to have answered. We set up an appointment for the very next day at my convenience. She was there on time as promised and provided friendly service . She is bilingual in which that was a big plus as she was able to communicate with my elderly mother.
