Comment: I found Susan via a listing of local mobile notaries. The reviews I read were right; she is great! She was a pleasure to deal with. She was responsive to my initial request and it was easy to schedule. I had an issue with the documents just before our appointment and she called me back quickly and helped me thru the issue! She is fully COVID vaccinated and arrived promptly with her own table & chair, masked, gloved and followed all protocols to keep my 89 year old father safe during the signing - even having individual thumb ink! She reviewed all the documents very thoroughly and even caught some omissions. All in all a great experience. I will be calling Susan for all my notary needs in the future!

Comment: We needed a notary for a trust and various other documents. Susan was punctual and highly organized in the way she orchestrated our signatures and those of our two witnesses. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful in every way. Her fee was more than reasonable. Comment: Susan had everything prepped and marked where we needed to sign, making the inch thick pile of papers easy to process. She also had great COVID prevention measures, including two tables to set up 6 ft apart outside, and gloves to handle everything. Definitely would recommend working with her!

She was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about real estate closing and documents. Due to coronavirus, we interacted outdoors on my back patio. Comment: During Covid pandemic, I needed help with closing property loan disclosures remotely while the property is remote in east coast. Susan understood my requirements right away, got in touch with my closing agent and worked with him directly at every step to make it easy on me. She got the copy ready for me during early morning hours, help me notarized all the documents with any questions we had, went back home and scanned the docs back to the agent to close it in time. She also pointed out a few mistakes in the documents ahead of time and worked with the agent to correct it in time. She also got all the necessary items for safety during this time. I highly recommend her service to anyone looking for simple to complicated situation as I found her quite well versed and experienced.

Comment: I found Peninisula Mobile Notary online for my condo closing documents. And, yes, Susan deserves the 5 star ratings. She is professional and honest. When I called her to setup the appointment, I have no idea how many signatures I need to notarize so she provided me a typical quote. It turned out the documents are simpler than she thought and she adjusted her fees accordingly. She also explained all documents as well, which she was not hired for. I highly recommend her and will call her for my next notary job.
