He helped us notarize our Trust which required 12 different signatures, and he was able to do it quickly while making sure it was done correctly. April was also very friendly and I witnessed her taking good care of the other customers. She went above and beyond to cut down a box and pack something nicely for an elderly gentleman so that it didn’t break in the mail. They knew some of the customers by name and the store had a very family friendly feel. I highly recommend this location, for all your mailing/notarizing needs!

I packaged them up to mail to her and when I got to Postal Annex, Leticia greeted me and started assisting me. The price to mail this box was going to be close to $150! She asked if the box was completely full. I said no, there was about 3 inches on the top that is filled with packing paper.She asked if she could open it and see if she could repack it and save a little money by making the box smaller. She was amazing. She completely repacked the box and made it so the 3 inches on the top could be cut down. as small of a change as this seems it brought the cost DOWN to $88!!! I was so thankful for all her help and for her going above and beyond what she had to do.I will happily give this Postal Annex location 5 STARS!!!!

Comment: I came in to deliver a bunch of boxes close to their closing time and Letty was so nice that she stayed and help me with so many boxes that needed to go out and deliver. Letty was also good at multitasking and helping others customers around the store. Letty offer me water and a chair to be comfortable while we went through all the boxes to be shipped. Another worker that was there named Dominique had the kindest spirit to every employee that walked in! Both of them needs to be promoted because they keep that store going and goes beyond with making sure everyone is happy walking in that store!

Instead of just giving me advice on how to properly wrap it, Letty offered to wrap it herself, taking time out of her busy shift to help me when she didn’t need to. She wrapped it better than I ever would have been able to. Wow. In this age where customer service has gone the way of the dinosaur, people like Letty are a huge breath of fresh air! Brava!

I had called earlier a bit stressed because another Postal Annex was unexpectedly closed and Anthony assured me he could assist me upon my arrival. I was under a lot of pressure for timing of documents for the East Coast. My concerns were immediately important to Anthony, and he jumped in to begin assisting due to my time constraints.I had multiple notarizations to complete and Anthony was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and polite. He had the perfect notary calming demeanor. He had to multi task to complete all my needs along with handling and greeting other walk in customers with the utmost professionalism. You are one lucky business to have an employee that cares about the customer and gets the job done correctly. A rare find in these times.Thank you Anthony and thank you Lettie (sp?) for being a great teammate while I consumed so much of his time.

Comment: The first time I went here I was shipping internationally for the first time, the week before Christmas. Shannon was extremely helpful and told me the pros and cons of each international postal service. I was shipping presents to my sister and niece who suddenly couldnt come back to the US for Christmas. Based on her advice, my package was the only package that made it to my sister in time for Christmas out of my entire family (we all used different services). My parents followed the advice of someone helping them at a completely different postal store, and their package did not arrive for approximately 8 weeks, which was 6 weeks later than it was supposed to arrive. Last week I shipped a package to my sister for her birthday. Lettie and Anthony helped, and were also extremely helpful. Anthony packaged the box and it was literally half the size of what I expected it to be, which Im sure saved me a lot of money. They both stayed a little past closing to help me and were so nice about the fact I was keeping them late.I highly recommend going to this location, especially if you are planning to ship internationally. Both of my packages were accurately itemized for customs, thanks to the helpful staff, and arrived on time as expected. I will only go here for international shipping and recommend the same to all my friends and family.

I had copy and pasted a general affidavit form from the internet but the notary lady helped me fix it and cut and taped it together, and printed it out again so that it would work and I did not have to go back another time. Im very grateful she took the time to help me and fixed the notary form. I had actually gone to another Postal Annex and they did not help me. I would recommend this Postal Annex for the excellent service!
