She was friendly and professional as she patiently & thoroughly answered our questions regarding the process of overseas/ international mail.We needed to mail out a parcel to Shetland Islands, United Kingdom... where it is very remote and isolated.As it turned out, the parcel had encountered a delay (in U.K.)It had missed the Estimated Date of Arrival.Elizabeth called Kelly at the Center to follow-up & inquire.It should be noted, that throughout the phone call, Kelly was very nice, friendly and really seemed to care. She listened attentively & patiently in a caring manner.Kelly was helpful and immediately looked into the matter.She was able to provide quick & accurate information concerning the new date of arrival for said parcel. The package arrived...just as she said it would...on the new date.Overall, we were highly impressed from the beginning, by Kellys genuine Customer Service. This Service Center is lucky to have someone like her, represent them. It is obvious that Kelly is superb at what she does and that she likes & enjoys it...its just not a job to her!We both have been supervisors /managers in our respective professions, therefore, we immediately recognize great customer service, when we experience it. This is the reason that we felt it was important to take the time to write this review.Kellys boss/supervisor should be very proud of Kelly regarding this feedback.
