Comment: KUDOS TO KELSEYKelsey is a gem! I needed to ship two large and heavy boxes, one of which contained fragile computer equipment. These had to arrive on or after a specific date in the future. Kelsey went above and beyond, going so far as to call UPS several times over the course of a few days and giving me updates. Everything arrived on schedule and without a scratch, no doubt due to the thorough and careful packing done by Kelsey. I have been a customer of this Postal Annex for years and have always noted their customers always leave happy and satisfied!

Comment: I love this place. I moved here recently and there’s no easy post office. Not only is Postal Annex open on the days a post office might not be, they can do anything. I was able to ship presents for the cheapest option (because they have all the options) and print something for free. The people here are SO kind and warm. I’ve been here several times now, all different people. It’s quiet, it’s easy, they are knowledgeable, and so nice. Would highly recommend

Comment: Ive been to this Postal Annex location (Carmel Valley) a few times and have always been satisfied with the service. The staff are friendly, helpful, and you always get the feeling they are looking out for the customers best interest and not just making sales. Also great if you need a notary public. I needed a remote hire form for I9 verification notarized and neither the UPS store or my Bank would do so, yet the Postal Annex employee Trung completed the task with no issue and was very pleasant to work with. I definitely recommend coming to this location if you need any shipping or notary work.

Comment: Excellent service! We wanted to get documents notarized to process our babys visa and Kelsey saved us so much time/money/efforts when she realized we missed printing out a form. She was super fast, friendly and very helpful. We really appreciated all the help especially since we had to bring in our baby for the appointment. Also what was nice is that the owner quickly came over to the store when things got super busy and attended to all the customers just before closing time.

Comment: Have you ever shipped anything to Great Briitain? Its not easy. The Brits dont have what we consider real addresses, just property titles. Imagine you wanted to send something to Mr. Darcy from Austens Pride and Prejudice. How would you go about explaining to the kindly Postal Annex clerk that Pemberly was sufficient for both the house number and the street name? No number just Pemberly. No street, just Pemberly. What of that clerks software program, that greedily demands a number? How would the cumbersome feat of working around its pre-ordained rules regarding addresses be.... addressed?Such was my conundrum the other day at the Postal Annex; and I must applaud the patient clerk for not being driven mad by my insistence that such an address was not only real, but perhaps even superior to our own numbered street system. After this experience I shall be making the Postal Annex my preferred method of shipment. Not only were all the clerks I met sincerely helpful, but the store itself carried items I found interesting and relevant.For example they sell million dollar chocolate bars. No, not literally. The bars themselves are just a few bucks. It is the wrapping that envelopes each bar proclaiming itself as a bill worth that very tidy sum of 1,000,000. Theyre so damned entrancing I couldnt help but purchase a few. Thanks for carrying those, PostalAnnex! They made my day, as did your excellent staff on two separate occasions now.Happy Posting!-Justin
