Comment: I had to ship 5 large boxes internationally today, and although the process was pretty involved, Rita was so accommodating and helpful. She was patient and organized with all of the paperwork that had to be done, and we got it done in about an hour. The store was pretty busy, and they did their best to get all of us taken care of. Would recommend this place all day!

He was very kind and showed me his shipping business as well as livescan services and even notary. I will be returning soon to do a livescan for work and renting another UHaul. Comment: BEST Shipping Experience anyone can have. It was my first time going to a Postal Annex - I dont even live in the neighborhood, but needed a shipping place while running other errands nearby. Jay and Christina were not only extremely helpful. It is obvious that they genuinely bring a joyful energy to their work that made it fun to get this task done. I shipped 6 items and they helped me choose the most efficient and cost-effective options for shipping each item, helped me with reboxing/repackaging a couple of items and when I arrived 10 minutes before closing, they didnt even mention closing time or that it would take us longer to complete our tasks. I didnt give the chore much thought, but Jay and Christina really brought it to life and made it fun!

Comment: Not big on reviews, but when business owners truly do their best for the customer, it strikes a chord. Rented a uhaul, yesterday, and the uhaul reservation system was down. Was able to see multiple interactions between owner and customers outside of my personal interactions with the owner. He goes above and beyond to ensure his customers satisfaction. I wish there were more businesses like this. Great customer service!

Each time I have been in I feel like he has given me great attention and knows his business. I felt well cared for on every occasion. I have been in for Passport photos and also renting Uhauls. I know he cares a great deal about his customers and his business- it shows! Compared to the other local Uhaul branches, I felt like he rolled out the Red Carpet for me! Comment: They took a great passport photo. I have already gone to another vendor to have my passport photo taken. That one looked so bad that I threw it away. The young lady at Postal Annex took the time to take a nice passport photo and added some artificial lighting. The photo came out beautiful with zero retouching as the passport photos can not be retouched. I would highly recommend Postal Annex.

Comment: I needed a large moving box for some framed art in my office. After purchasing the box I discovered it would not fit into my Mustang GT. I really needed that size box and not only did they help me solve the problem of getting the box into my car, but they walked out an helped me put it my car. They took this time even thought it was only a $25 purchase. I greatly appreciated their assistance. I had rented Uhaul trucks from their in the past and the service was alway good, but in this instance it was outstanding.

Comment: I stopped in to reserve a 20 Uhaul. The owner was polite, helpful, and very accommodating. When I returned the Uhaul I was embarrassing filthy having just made several trips to the landfill and the owner again was again extremely welcoming and personable.
