Comment: I had a package coming in from overseas and it was held up for the last 3 days by DHL, past its original delivery date. Every day that passed, I grew increasingly anxious. You see, I am set to leave the country this evening. I asked for DHL to divert the package to this PostalAnnex+ location in hopes Id be able to pick it up from here. But DHL didnt even let me know that it had been delivered to here.The long-winded preface is all to say that I was 100% freaking the heck out, hardcore. I needed this package, as it was the gift for 9 people in a bachelor party. It would mean a lot to so many people, and I was about to leave the country without it.I called this PostalAnnex+ at 4:58pm asking them to confirm they received the package, and told them I was on my way to pick it up. To my absolute shock and horror, the employee working told me that they close at 5:00pm, not 6:00pm. This sent me into a panic attack. I practically begged the employee to stay. I knew I was asking him for a lot. I was asking him to stay an extra 20-25min, unpaid, past his closing time. This employee, an absolute angel, must have sensed the desperation in my voice. He relented, and said hed wait 15 minutes.What followed next was 25 minutes of the most extreme, adrenaline-fueled drive of my life. It was peak rush hour, and traffic was really bad. At that the 20 minute mark, I said to myself I really cant blame him if I get there and hes already gone.Fast forwarding, I raced into the nearest parking spot to the store and flew out of the car. The store was dark and I couldnt see anyone inside. But suddenly, a miracle--the employee appeared at the door and opened it to let me in.I almost cried. I offered him a big monetary tip, I was so thankful. I wanted to show my appreciation somehow. He refused, and said he didnt do it for the money. I promised to post favorable reviews on Google and Yelp and I asked for his name so I could mention him. He also refused to be mentioned by name, opting to just give credit to the store.This man is an absolute saint. What he did for me was incredibly noble. He didnt have to, but he went out of his way to be kind. This store will forever have my vote and my business and I will be coming here for all my package and shipping needs. Thanks again to PostalAnnex+!!!

It feels good to know that regardless of the type of help I need, whether it’s shipping, faxing, making copies, notary services, and/or printing, I can count on the good people that work here to get the job done in a timely manner. I have also utilized their LiveScan services and the procedure and experience went seamlessly. Enkil has especially been my go-to for all of my Postal Annex needs, as he is always nice, helpful, has a good attitude, and goes over and beyond to do the best job possible no matter the request! In addition, I am eager to try their UHaul services when I need help moving in the future. Great job, Nordahl & 78 Postal Annex team :) you have a return customer for life!

Especially with two small children.Imaginemy surprise and delight, as he not only took care of the passport photos, he got my package together and shipped.
