Comment: I took my 83-year-old friend in so that she could get her annuity paper notarized. Redding notary is a professional, and was very helpful with my elderly friend, who suffers from poor eyesight, and cognitive decline. I have taken her to other places around Redding in the years gone by, so far this one was the best in my opinion. I don’t give out four stars easy.
