Comment: I called Saturday morning and Robert made an appointment that day. He is very Professional, Knowledgeable, and Personable. I told him beforehand that my Boyfriend and his Father are hard of hearing (I think my boyfriends is selective lol). Robert explained fluently to my Boyfriend and his Father so that they heard and understood him. He explained everything on the form and what it meant before they signed anything.He is easy going, patient and kind. He was a pleasure to work with and to help with this important task.
