Comment: I was in a hurry to buy a card and the owner could see that. I didn’t have enough cash for both, so he gave me a credit. In SM? Really? An authentic, personable owner who values treating people with kindness and with a smile. I have now realized that the postal services and fees, particularly Fed Ex, are the most reasonable in the city. Any customer who comes in says “I’ll definitely be back.” He helps you out, as well as other store owners in the area, due to his unwavering commitment to public safety. But, it’s the exemplary service, excellent prices that makes this postal service so superior to others in the area, (or the nearby post office that’s precarious at best). People smile as they leave this place and I have gratitude that shops like this still exist!.

Every time I come in, I’m met with a warm smile and a friendly hello. Everyone here is incredibly kind, patient and sweet. I really respect that.Helping others is the first thing that he does, seems a constantly trait. I did not have money on me and he does not have Apple Pay, the solution he provided was to give the money to him tomorrow or next time I am here. I was surprised and impressed. No one, in today’s society, has this kind of kindness and trust. I told him I would come back tomorrow and return the money. Not only that, he saw me sweating after walking 2 miles to his place, he insisted I took one of the cold water from the fridge. Of course, free of charge. He also asked me whether I was hungry, he had some food in the fridge for people.A lady came in, she was sending a package to her son in Massachusetts for his 24th birthday in 3 days. Instead of choosing priority that would arrive on the birthday of her son, she chose regular mail. Hearing this, Dimitri offered her to pay for regular and he would send by priority so her son could get the birthday package on time. The difference: $9, out of his own expense.Today, when I steeped in to return the money and mail another regular letter, he was already helping someone else. After he helped me with the mail, the guy returned with a guitar, and Dimitri offered to help the guy play better guitar. We all watched YouTube videos together and Dimitri pointed out his minor error to help him play better.I got another bottle of water from him and I had to leave because a couple came in to talk to him.He is indeed a nice man. Like I said to him: without expecting anything in return, your reward is in heaven.Will come back again for any needs of mails, passport, notary services or even birthday cards. You will not be disappointed.

Ended up buying some cards (there’s a large selection). And I also ended up getting some key copies. While there I witnessed how great he is with his mailbox customers. He greets them all and seems to genuinely care for them. I waited a little because he was calling a customer to let them know they received a package. This is great customer service! Place is clean and organized and spacious, which is definitely a plus during Covid. Did I mention he’s open 7 days a week! Couldn’t get any better!!!🙂
