Comment: Im not sure that 5 stars is going to do Alejandra enough justice, because wow!! Let me start by saying that my review is from a lenders perspective, I know everyones needs will be different.I recently had a client that called me during their signing and I barely missed the call by 1-2 minutes, but called back immediately with no reply. When my client called me back 20 minutes later, she said that Alejandra answered the question as thoroughly as she (the homebuyer) had expected ME to answer!This tells me two things:1. Not only is Alejandra quick to act & problem-solve, but2. Alejandra has a VERY thorough understanding of the documents that are being signed.This is a huge relief for me because I have experienced dramatic inconsistency from notaries, in terms of helping to finalize the process smoothly and with grace.PLUS! She also took such a cute picture of my clients that they posted to their Instagrams! hahaAlejandra is the gold standard for notaries. If it isnt done the way she does it, I dont want any part of it!Thank you Alejandra! 😊
