Comment: I need a power of attorney to be certified by State Apostille. I sent my application form to Sacramento. However, it has been 3.5 weeks without any response. Therefore, I called Frank for help to get Apostille service for me He came in to my house the second day and finished all the paperwork (public notary) within 30 minutes. He told me he will drop in federal express to his partner in Sacramento and expect to get it back within 3 weeks (due to pandemic).However, two days later, to my surprise, I received the Apostille from State Secretary. Therefore, I called Frank to cancel his service. He responded quickly and calculated unused portion of the fees and refunded me in the next day. I will rate his service as 5 super star. I called Frank and he managed to squeeze me in and come home on the same evening within a few hours. After I submitted the application, it was returned to us since we had to get another form notarized and a birth certificate apostilled. We were very anxious since we had to submit the application within 7 days, but the processing time for apostille by mail was 7 days in itself!! We saw several agencies online and their rates were very high for same or 2 day turnaround. Frank took care of the notary form and also got our birth certificate apostilled within 2 working days for a reasonable price. He took our entire application form to Sacramento himself, got the birth certificate apostilled, added the apostilled birth certificate to the application and fedexd the entire application package to our consulate for us so that it would reach them on time. Frank went above and beyond and provided us with quick, efficient and excellent service! We would highly recommend him!

Comment: Frank Dias helped me prepare documents for an application for Italian Citizenship. This was a relatively complex application requiring apostille sealed documents from multiple states and the FBI. Frank was super flexible and responsive in terms of all the logistics, but what I appreciate the most is the diligence he put into making sure I had the right documents and that they were sealed properly. This is tricky stuff for apostille services, with which I had no previous experience. Through his knowledge and contacts Frank corrected some problems in my package. My application has not been processed yet but I am certain that with Franks help I avoided errors that would likely have caused problems.
