Comment: My wife and I were in the process of refinancing our home, so the title company scheduled Ms. Sophia to come by our home for the signing of final documents...Ms. Sophia called me earlier on the appointment date to confirm the appointment time, our street address, and to make sure that my wife and I had valid Photo I.D.s which would be needed at the time of signing...This struck me as someone who was thorough and who valued proper planning...which are characteristics that I greatly admire. Moreover, her voice was confident, and put me at ease knowing that we were dealing with a very competent and capable professional...Ms. Sophia arrived to our home on time, with a very pleasant demeanor, and with everything in order to get the process underway immediately...As you can imagine, there was a substantial amount of legal paperwork to go through...and I must say that she was EXTREMELY patient and understanding of my taking my time to review the documentation before signing...Although it took my wife and I more than 3 hours to complete the signing process...at no time did Ms. Sophia make us feel rushed in any way whatsoever...She was very calm...was extremely pleasant and genuinely concerned about us throughout this entire process, for which my wife and I are truly, truly grateful...To top things off (in addition to all the wonderful things we have to say about Ms. Sophia)...she speaks fluent Spanish, which certainly was icing on the cake for us because my wife is a native Spanish speaker from Mexico.
