Comment: Fantastic service! I hired them to pick something up for me that had to be picked up a certain day and time or else it would be forfeit. I had been burned doing this before by another company (see my review of UPS Store #4010) so I was a bit nervous. I was waiting for them to open the day of the pickup to call and remind them about it when I got a phone call from South Gate Pack N Ship telling me the stuff had already been picked up! It shipped later that day. 180 glass items weighing 120 pounds shipped ground and absolutely nothing was damaged! They definitely live up to the reviews!

Comment: Its the first time I use this location and its my new go to place for shipping. I was doing a purchase return and the seller paid for the shipping. I assumed they would charge an extra handling fee when I dropped of my box however, they didnt charge me a dime. They took my box, sealed it with tape and gave me a receipt with a tracking #. The Fed Ex truck showed up at 5pm and took my package. Then, the seller emailed me that they had received my package and did a full refund. Excellent and reliable service! I recommend it.

These were urgent Loan Documents that needed to be notarized, copied and overnighted. This is a one stop shop, Lupe explained and handled my loan document signing smoothly.My documents arrived on time at 10:30am as expected, they even called me to inform me who signed for my envelope. He gave me 10% discount on UPS Overnight.From now on, this is my spot for shipping, notary, copying, faxing, they even have u-Haul trucks which comes in handy.
